There are lots of techniques to boost your child’s level of focus. You can try them out to find which is the most effective for your child.

Play focused games & exercises to build attention

Introduce some extracurricular activities, brainteasers, riddles, and engaging games to help your child focus. There are various games that may be played outside that involve physical exertion. Keep gadgets, tablets, and laptops out of your child’s reach and let them play with their age appropriate toys that will boost their attention span.

Set a routine

Maintaining a regular schedule each day is important for the physical and mental well being of your children.
